A very powerful version from Artemisia Gentileschi portraying Judith and her maidservant decapitating Holofernes. Inspired could be the wrong term, but after Agostino Tassi, another painter, seduced and raped her, she painted this in order to avenge herself in a sort of creative kind of way.
